CrossFit: Constantly varied high intensity functional movements. These classes are designed to increase fitness capacity regardless of your current fitness level. These WODs (Workout Of the Day) will include weight lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and cardio movements mixed into different combinations and varying reps and times.   

​Think you "can't" do CrossFit? Yes - you can! CrossFit is infinitely scale-able. We can tailor ANY CrossFit workout to meet your fitness where it is now. Come check us out-first class is free!

Pump 30
$150/month (Free to CrossFit Members)

This is a 30-minute class designed to increase aerobic fitness and build lean muscle through use of body weight movements and incorporating a small body bar. It will be held Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays at 12 pm. 

Open Gym
 
$85/month
​

Can't make it to classes or prefer to do your own workout? We have space available for you. More about Open Gym schedule, etc. HERE. You are welcome to join any scheduled class WOD for a $15 drop-in fee. 

 

Drop-In Visitor
 
$35 per visit (If you will be here for a longer stay, we can discuss pricing options)

CFAMM welcomes drop-ins to any Scheduled Class or for Open Gym. To help ensure we get you taken care of when you arrive, message us on Facebook to let us know you are coming.
