GYM SCHEDULE CHANGES:

No Current Class Time Changes.

CrossFit Classes

​The 5 am CrossFit Class is coached Tuesday/Thursday by Coach Kolby and Monday/Friday by Coach Michelle. It is Open Gym on Wednesdays.

Monday: 5:00AM, 9:00AM, 12 Noon (Open Gym), 4:15PM, 5:30PM

 

Tuesday: 5:00AM, 4:15PM, 5:30PM

 

Wednesday: 5:00AM, 9:00AM, 12 Noon (Open Gym), 4:15PM, 5:30PM

 

Thursday: 5:00AM, 4:15PM, 5:30PM

 

Friday: 5:00AM, 9:00AM, 12 Noon (Open Gym), 4:15PM, 5:30PM

 

Saturday: 9:00AM (Free to Community)

Pump 30​

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 12 Noon​

Open Gym

Open Gym is primarily available during the above listed class schedule times. We are not able to be open all day. If you want to see if someone will be there during an alternate time of day, message us on Facebook and we will try to respond ASAP. Open Gym members are welcome to use equipment and areas (i.e. rig, rowers) in the gym UNLESS the scheduled class is utilizing that area. 

 

Note: Open gym availability is over after the last scheduled class of the day. No Open Gym on Saturday.

 

Want to do a Class WOD? Open Gym members can join a scheduled class, but will have to pay a $15 drop-in fee.
